At Fosker Containers, we stand behind the quality and durability of our containers. To give our customers peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers defects in material or workmanship for all eligible containers. Here’s what you need to know about our warranty:


Standard Warranty

All new containers purchased from Fosker Containers come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Structural Defects: Issues related to the container’s frame, doors, walls, and floor that affect its structural integrity and use.
  • Workmanship: Any defects resulting from manufacturing processes that impair the container’s functionality.

This warranty is designed to ensure that your container meets our high standards of quality and durability when it leaves our facility.


Extended Warranty

For those who require additional protection, we offer an Extended Warranty for an additional charge. The extended warranty extends the coverage beyond the standard 1-year period and can be customized to cover up to 5 years depending on your needs.

The extended warranty may cover:

  • More extensive repairs, including specific parts of the container.
  • Ongoing support for container maintenance.

Used Containers

If you purchase a used container, it will be thoroughly inspected and sold based on its current condition. Used containers are typically sold as-is, which means they are not covered by our standard 1-year warranty. However, you can be confident that every used container we sell is inspected for quality, and we provide a detailed description of its condition before purchase.


What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from Misuse: Any damage resulting from improper use, maintenance, or modifications made by the customer.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including rust or surface scuffs, are not covered under the warranty.
  • Shipping Damage: If a container is damaged during shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy for information on how to proceed with claims.

How to Claim Warranty

If you experience a problem covered by the warranty, simply reach out to our customer support team with the following information:

  • Your order number and purchase details.
  • A description of the issue and photos if applicable.
  • Any other relevant information that can assist us in understanding the defect.

Once we receive your claim, we will assess the issue and provide you with the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or other solutions based on the severity of the defect.
