At Fosker Containers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy ensures that if you’re not happy with your container, you can return it under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Standard Containers: You can return a standard container within 30 days from the date of delivery if it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customized Containers: Custom containers, which are tailored to your specific requirements, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Containers: If the container arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return at no extra cost to you.
How to Return Your Container
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@foskercontainers.com to notify us of your intent to return the container. We will guide you through the process.
- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your return shipment to ensure proper processing.
- Prepare the Container for Return: Ensure the container is properly packed and in original condition, with no modifications or damages. If the item was shipped with a pallet or other packaging materials, please include them when returning.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the container was damaged during shipping or is incorrect. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to return the container.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned container, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria (unused, original condition, no damage).
- Refund Timeline: After approval, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect containers).
Exceptions
- Used Containers: Containers purchased as used or refurbished are sold as-is, and returns or refunds are not available unless they were defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Customised Modifications: Any container that has been altered to your specifications (e.g., custom paint, doors, or fittings) is final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect container, please contact our customer support team immediately to report the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
