1. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you decide to cancel your order before it’s shipped, we will process your cancellation immediately and issue a full refund. This applies to all standard and customized container orders as long as they haven’t left our facility.
- How to Cancel: Simply contact our customer support team via phone, email, or live chat. Please provide your order details so we can process your cancellation as quickly as possible.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations become more complex. We can no longer offer a full refund once your container has left our facility. However, if you still wish to cancel, you’ll need to follow the return procedure:
- Return Process: If the container has already been delivered, you must initiate a return. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, especially for large or custom containers. This will be clearly communicated to you during the return process.
- Refunds: Once the container is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund, minus any applicable return shipping or restocking fees.
3. Custom Orders
Custom containers are built to your specific requirements, which makes cancellations more complicated. Since the production of customized containers begins once an order is placed, they cannot be canceled after production has started.
- Design Approval: You’ll have the chance to review and approve all custom designs before production begins. Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
- Post-Production: If you decide to cancel after production starts, you may be subject to cancellation fees or partial charges for work already completed.
